1. Venue Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through Shaadi Baarati does not itself create a confirmed booking or payment obligation. Enquiry cancellation can generally be requested by contacting us or the relevant venue partner.

2. Venue Booking and Cancellation

If you book a venue, the cancellation terms agreed with the venue owner or authorised representative will generally apply. Before paying an advance, request written confirmation of:

• The cancellation deadline.
• Applicable cancellation charges.
• Advance payment and deposit refund conditions.
• Any non-refundable fees.
• Rescheduling options, if available.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the payment arrangement, the applicable booking terms and relevant law. Where the venue provider received the booking payment directly, you should contact that provider regarding the refund.

If Shaadi Baarati has directly collected a payment under a separate written arrangement, contact us with your transaction details so that the request can be reviewed under the applicable terms.

4. Cancellation by the Venue

If a venue becomes unavailable or the provider cancels a confirmed booking, contact the venue provider promptly to discuss the applicable refund or rescheduling arrangements. Shaadi Baarati may assist with communication where appropriate, but any refund depends on the applicable agreement and legal obligations.

5. How to Request Cancellation or a Refund

Please provide the following details when contacting us:

• Your full name.
• Registered phone number or email address.
• Venue name and event date.
• Booking reference, if available.
• Payment receipt or transaction reference, if applicable.
• Reason for the cancellation or refund request.

Do not send passwords, card security codes or other sensitive payment credentials.

6. Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on the responsible payment recipient, payment method, applicable booking terms and any required verification. If a refund is approved, the responsible provider should communicate the expected processing time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The terms applicable to a confirmed booking should be reviewed before payment and retained for reference.
